🔔 Please register by Sunday, 22 June 2025

• You may choose to register online (our preferred method) or by using the sign-up sheet in the church foyer.  Please be aware that if you use the sign-up sheet in the church foyer, your information may be visible to other people who sign-up on the same sheet of paper.   Registration is essential to provide a basic level of safeguarding for all participants throughout the program because the event is not being held within the parish venue.

• Children under 12 years of age must be registered and accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.  Please be aware that some activities may not be suitable for very young children.

• Unaccompanied youth under 18 years of age must obtain parental consent to attend without a parent or guardian.  The parental consent form for U18 participants is available online through the registration website, or hardcopy through the Parish Office.  Download the Parental Consent Form (PDF) here.  Fill in the parental consent form and return the signed form to the Parish Office before registration closes.  The signed form can be returned either by email (scan and email) or hardcopy (print and hand-deliver to the Parish Office).
